Weather Note
Balloons fly depending on wind conditions. On days when balloons don't fly, we have an alternative shooting plan ready — sunrise light is spectacular regardless.
Tips
- Balloon flights are very limited between December-March
- Peak season is May-October, early booking recommended
- Snow shoots available in winter months (without balloons)

What happens if balloons don't fly?
Balloon flights depend on weather conditions. On days when balloons don't fly, we still perform your sunrise shoot at the same locations — the light and scenery are still magnificent. If you prefer, we can reschedule to a balloon day free of charge.
How many people can join the shoot?
Essential and Most Popular packages accommodate 1-4 people. Premium package has a small fee for additional people. For larger groups, you can request a custom quote.
When will the photos be delivered?
Your photos are edited and uploaded to your private online gallery within 5-7 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Do I need to wake up very early?
Yes, sunrise shoots start early in the morning (usually 04:30-05:30). But the first rays of sun and the balloons taking flight are so mesmerizing that it's worth waking up early!
Do you shoot in rainy weather?
Slightly cloudy weather actually produces beautiful photos. However, in case of heavy rain, we postpone the shoot to the next day free of charge.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the shoot. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are subject to a 50% fee.
