Your edited photos are uploaded to your online gallery within 5-7 business days after the shoot. We share the download link via email. For urgent delivery requests, delivery within 48 hours is possible for an additional fee.

We closely monitor weather conditions. In bad weather that could compromise shooting safety, we reschedule your shoot to another day or alternative location free of charge. Cloudy weather is generally suitable for shooting and soft light produces beautiful results.

Choose clothes that you feel comfortable and beautiful in. Solid colors and pastel tones generally look better in photos. We offer personalized outfit suggestions through our pre-shoot consultation service. For flying dress shoots, our dress rental service is available.

Hundreds of photos are taken during the shoot. After professional editing, between 35 and 150+ edited digital photos are delivered depending on the experience you choose. Each photo goes through color correction, light adjustment, and professional retouching.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit of the total fee to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the shoot. The deposit can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the shoot date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 3-7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable. Date changes are free up to 48 hours before the shoot date.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (April-October). For proposal and wedding shoots, planning 1-2 months ahead is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, PayPal, and cash payments. You can pay in EUR or TRY. For payments on the shoot day, we have a POS terminal available at the location.
